Spiral Mindfulness Board
Designed to help children practice their breathing techniques, this handcrafted spiral breathing board invites a unique and quickly effective approach to mindfulness practice. As your child traces each line of the spiral, they breathe in and breathe out. They can do this with their finger or by guiding the small handmade wooden ball around the board. With each inhale and exhale, children practice connecting to their mind and body.
