Dear Rose & Rex Friends,

We wanted to share a big update with all of you.

After a lot of thinking about how to best live up to our mission of supporting children and families along their journey, we have made the decision to transition away from the retail piece of our business to focus on the development of playful parenting resources.

As a small team of educators, we are passionate about creating digital products, resources and classes that encourage mindful parenting, holistic development and joyful PLAY! We have some exciting things in the works and truly can't wait to show you what we have in store.

It's a big change but we are so excited about this next chapter. We are partnering with HABA FAMILYGROUP, a family-owned business that shares our commitment to open-ended play with intentional, quality materials. This transition feels particularly sweet because two of our favorite shops, Bella Luna and Oompa, are part of the HABA family. The toys that we have carefully curated and created over the years will now have a new home at these very special shops.

Like Rose & Rex, these shops are educator-founded and run. Waldorf teacher and expert, Sarah Baldwin, is the visionary behind Bella Luna and we deeply admire her work and mission. Bella Luna and Oompa are committed to offering unique products for children and families that are safe, healthy, and encourage imaginative play. Like the toys you've come to know at Rose & Rex, the toys they curate are built to last- the kind of toys that can be passed on or handed down to future generations.

We look forward to our ongoing partnership with Bella Luna and Oompa and will share more about the transition in the coming days.

In the meantime, we want to say the biggest thank you to everyone who has supported Rose & Rex. Growing this brand with you is a gift. We have loved seeing our toys in your homes and as a part of your family’s special moments.
