Uber Rush Delivery for New York City!
Hey there, New Yorkers — you can play the same day you order! We offer Uber Rush service Monday–Thursday to Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens residences. Delivery starts at $5.00 but prices vary according to distance.
Oh no — items didn’t meet your expectations? We gladly accept returns for unopened, undamaged merchandise within 14 days from receipt of purchase. Here’s what to do:
- Email us at care@roseandrex with the subject line “RETURN” to request a return authorization number and return form.
- Carefully pack your items with your return form. Ship them back to us using a verified shipping service and make sure to get a tracking number, otherwise we won’t be able to track your order.
- We will confirm when we have received your items and processed your refund.
Sorry, we do not reimburse return shipping charges. Please note: Due to the heirloom quality and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any merchandise returned in damaged or used condition that makes it ineligible for resale. Proper handling and packaging is the responsibility of the recipient.
If any merchandise arrives damaged due to shipment, we will gladly exchange the merchandise, or reimburse you for the item. Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make it right.
If you place an order for an item that ends up being on backorder and not available for immediate shipment, we will inform you via email ASAP. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are shipped to you. We’re happy to provide you with an estimated turn-around at your request ‚ just email email@example.com.

We’d rather bring them to you, New Yorkers! We offer Uber Rush Delivery Service on qualifying orders and deliver to Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens residences. Delivery costs are calculated by location, but start at $5.00. That means play arrives the same day.
What if I like a toy that’s listed as “Sold Out” online?
