A Morning of Mindfulness at BATCH San Francisco
Earlier this summer we had the opportunity to open our first San Francisco experience at BATCH SF! To celebrate, we joined forces with SF Mama Darby Gaynor, to host a morning of mindfulness, play and giving back centered around the Calm Mind Kit. Our founder, Allison Klein, shared ways that the kit can help families achieve family zen through a play-based approach to mindfulness. Through conversation, a mini meditation and a group visualization, the goal of teaching children the art of pausing to be present was explored and celebrated. After finding some zen ourselves we enjoyed snacks from Yumi and had some playtime on the comfiest (and chicest!) playmats from Toki Mats. It was a special morning that left us all feeling centered and connected. In fact, we loved being in San Fran so much that we decided to stay! Visit us at BATCH until August 24th.
